Nonmagnetic optical assemblies often require custom-fabricated glass mounting components to achieve precise optical alignment and mechanical integration. Our in-house glass fabrication capabilities allow us to manufacture these components to application-specific requirements, including flatness, surface roughness, total thickness variation (TTV), and arcsecond-level perpendicularity and parallelism. These precision glass mounts support both monolithic optical designs and subassemblies, providing stable and accurate positioning of optical components.
