OPTOASSEMBLY Active Fiber Alignment
OPTOASSEMBLY uses an active alignment process to precisely position the optical fiber relative to the glass surface. The fiber is adjusted for optimal coupling efficiency and polarization orientation while the optical performance is monitored in real time. Once the required optical power and polarization extinction ratio are achieved, the fiber is securely fixed in position, ensuring stable and repeatable optical performance.
